Alice May Redmond’s Path to Purpose
Not in a way that is obvious.
Alice May Redmond, though Sydney-born and bred, jokes she’s “more Mexican at heart.”
Her true journey, she reveals, began at 23, when a move to New York City in 2019 triggered a profound “life-quake.”
Dreaming of a Samantha Jones lifestyle with a social media agency and a Manhattan penthouse, reality hit hard.
Arriving in a tiny Lower East Side room, Alice quickly faced a cheating partner,
a lost $80,000 property investment in Australia, and just $2 in her bank account.
This stark awakening became her turning point.
With only two suitcases, Alice found herself couch-surfing, knowing deep
down that her long-standing relationship patterns had to change.
She made a powerful declaration to herself and the Universe:
it was time to turn inward and embark on a journey “back home to her true self.”
From that moment, her life irrevocably shifted.
Alice dove headfirst into deep healing and self-growth, committing to self-love.
Manifestation followed at light speed; she met idols, explored every healing modality
from subconscious reprogramming to breathwork, and nurtured her mind and body in new ways.
She was finally making waves in NYC when the global pandemic hit, halting her Sex and the City dreams.
Yet, this pause created an unexpected opportunity.
“The Session” was born: an online astrology and numerology reading.
During lockdown, it exploded, becoming three or more sessions a day.
Alice created it as a blueprint for people to remember their unique essence –
that “no one has your fingerprints; they never have, and they never will.”
Suddenly, she had a thriving online business.
When NYC reopened, she booked a one-way flight to Mexico.
Since then, Alice has been travelling the world, running programs and
retreats, living her dream and doing work she absolutely loves.
Today, Alice guides women through her transformative ‘Wild Women’ retreats.
These unique gatherings offer a sanctuary for women to reconnect with their innate
wisdom and power, fostering deep healing and self-discovery in breathtaking locations around the globe.
Most of my clients around the world are the embodiment of the modern woman –
often in high-pressure, corporate 9 – 5 jobs, burned out, disconnected from their
truth, and most importantly, from ancient feminine wisdom.
When I speak of the feminine, I speak of the cycles and archetypes we’ve forgotten
— the ancient knowing that, like the moon, we too move in phases.
We have a completely different system to men, yet we’ve been conditioned,
taught, and led to believe we should operate just like them.
That’s not how our power works. A woman’s power lies in her return to her inner wisdom.
